Boiler Installation and Modification: We own Class 1 Boiler Installation and Modification Certificate
issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection
and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ), possess
construction technology and equipment for the installation of block
boiler, bulk boiler and waste heat boiler, and we are qualified for
power plant and industry boiler installation and modification. We
developed an original construction method (grade assembly and
lifting in one piece) and won Jiangsu Province working method Class
II prize by its safety and high efficiency.
Crane Erection and Maintenance: We hold Class B License of Erection and Maintenance issued by
AQSIA for Bridge Crane, Gantry Crane and small-sized lifting
equipment. We own the perfect lifting technology for hoisting
equipment installation by truck crane and by vertical single gin
pole lifting, which will be lifted as per field condition in one
complete piece or in several big pieces.
Pressure Piping Installation: We hold class GA2 plus class GB1 and class GB2 plus class GC1
Pressure Installation License issued by AQSIA, and possess welding
technology and equipment for electric-arc welding, argon-arc
welding, down hand welding, CO2 welding and submerged-arc welding, and experienced in pressure
piping installation in various materials of carbon steel, low alloy
steel, martensitic steel, ferritic stainless steel, austenitic
stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, high nickel steel,
titanium alloy steel and aluminum-magnesium alloy steel.
We have professional pipe shop prefabrication facilities and
equipments, centralized cutting, line assembly production and
adopting pipe prefabrication management software, pipe
prefabrication reaches 60%. There are two shops for carbon steel
and stainless steel respectively, with capacity for large scale and
various pipe materials fabrication. Pipe shop prefabrication
greatly shortens field construction hours. The annual capacity
reaches 600,000 dia-inch, and day capacity of 1800 dia-inch.
Pressure Vessel Manufacturing: We hold Class A2 License of Pressure Vessel Manufacturing issued
by AQSIA, manufacturing equipment and heat tube products for ranges
of petrochemical industry, metallurgy, textile, pharmaceutical and
food. We own modernized manufacturing plant and labs, and we
establish a welder training center to provide training program to
all vessel manufacturers in our nation. We provide pressure vessels
like liquid ammonia tanks and mixing heat vessels for overseas
projects, such as in Madagascar, Albania, Pakistan, Iraq and Japan.
